Unless you live in Georgia it's not your business.

Tell that to all of the R reps that block DC statehood and recreational cannabis sales etc.

DC isn't a state and it's under the control of the federal government. It should really just be part of maryland.

I think Montgomery County and Prince Georges County should secede from Maryland so that the new State of Columbia can have some suburbs and a few token farms just like Rhode Island. And since Rhode Island has dropped it's pretentiously long name, this new state should be called, The Commonwealth of the District of Columbia, Prince Georges and Montgomery Farms. Because, by tradition, a little state should have a long name.

Too much outside influence could backfire. Let Fair Fight continue to work its magic.

And I can't wait for the day that a Lee statute somewhere in GA is toppled and replaced with statute of Stacey Abrams. What she's accomplishing in GA is nothing short of historic.

DP, but sorry, there’s too much at stake for all Americans. The outcome will affect all of us.

Sorry it's not your business, how would you feel if georgians came to your state and cooked the books to prop up a right wing crazy effort and won?

You’re saying the poor Georgian shouldn’t have to feel the same way the majority of the country did when McConnell wouldn’t give Merrick Garland a confirmation hearing? Or the way half the country felt when Trump wasn’t removed from office by the Senate? Or the way the majority of Americans felt when McConnell did nothing about badly needed covid relief because he was too busy ramming ACB‘s confirmation through at the last minute? This isn’t about feelings. It’s about the wellbeing of the US.

"Poor Georgians?"
You mean the sham impeachment?
And, you spelled Nancy Pelosi wrong.

Please, donate, donate, donate.

You will soon discover it is not about the money, but about the message. You think people in Georgia are ignorant.

And, the history of the candidates. Like this.......

1995, you're crazy

Frankly, we don't need two Dakotas, we should really only have one. Then, we can shrink the Federal District to 1/10th of its current size and give Democracy to 800k people who live in the city.

Anonymous wrote:You can donate money. But unless you’re planning to move to Georgia and volunteer directly with a campaign, there’s not much in the way of “administrative” work you can do to help.

Text banking can be a good middle ground for people who don’t feel comfortable with the phone.

Actually, I heard that they need volunteers to coordinate the GOTV texting/phonebanking efforts...so I think there is opportunity. Unfortunately, though, I don't know who to ask. Maybe sign up to volunteer with one of the Senate campaigns and in the comments box let them know what you'd like to do? This was definitely an option with the Biden campaign.

Thanks to the people who have posted links. I'm going to send some money.

And Loeffler made money based on Covid briefings she attended while Senator. Corrupt Republicans, as usual.

No, I don’t think the people of Georgia are ignorant. I think their governor is untrustworthy. I think Stacey Abrams has empowered a lot of people who felt powerless before. I think the outcome in Georgia will have significant ramifications for all Americans. I think I’m going to donate now.

Make sure all your anti-trump friends in Georgia have registered to vote.

This link has ways you can help by donating not just money, but actual assistance like phone and text banking. Trumpublicans are pulling out all their dirty tricks, so Georgia needs our help!
