I agree with this. I think they’re both great. I’m an avid CNN watcher and have really appreciated what abby and kaitlin added to the commentary over these past months. The rest of the cnn anchors are much more tenured. Abby adds very thoughtful insight and Kaitlin reports with a lot of confidence.

Santorum is about 3x Abby's age. He's paid well to play the defenseless position of an amoral president. I've lost what little respect I ever had for him (I'm from PA)
Completely aside from that, I was impressed with Abby's very calm demeanor, even when talking about issues that must have been very personal to her. She showed incredible maturity. This is her Cooper Anderson/Katrina moment to run ahead of the pack and establish some real creditability.

Guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. There were plenty of times that, IMO, Jake threw it to her for an easy lay up and should have disjointed thoughts and stumble through her sentences
She did come across as young and inexperienced during the election coverage. I noticed the stumbling over her words a bit too. but I think she can improve and get better.
Yeah, I'm the PP who levied the original criticism. And I agree. I'm sure she can improve.
But the first compliment acted as if she hit it out of the park. She really didnt.
She probably hit a single. Not bad. She didn't strike out. But lets not act like she hit a grand slam.

I don't know if we disagree. Everyone else on that show has DECADES of experience on her. She'll keep getting better.
Yeah, I get it. She's fresh. I didn't object to the notion that she has potential, mor to the point that assertation that this was "her moment to run to the head of the pack and establish some real creditability."
She didn't do that. She kind of fumbled and stumbled her way through the week.
