I'm confused about this also.
It seems like it will hit any facility licensed as a center, which should include most, if not all, distance learning hubs. It may also hit in-home providers, depending on how the specific order is written. I don't think they've released a draft yet.

+1 some of those rooms are tiny, but the order allows up to six people per room? Absolutely dumb. No wonder covid case numbers keep going up.. because of stupid rules like this.
