And the accounting rules have been changed and all folks with credit history problems - which are predominantly LMI - who are in turn predominantly black and hispanic - are going to suffer beyond the cost associated with lower credit scores. Going to make buying a home even more expensive. Strangely, this has been made clear to the powers that but they have done nothing.

Welp. Deleted my account. The issue I have is that under the traditional realtor system it seems like you can always find someone to take any listing and Redfin is attempting to disrupt that while leaving a hole in the market.

Agent here. My lowest sales price so far this year was $183,000 for a studio condo and the highest price was $3,747,000. At the end of the year I make a lot of money. You do the business and it all works out.
