My parents and brother were/are often naked in front of me. It’s cultural... not wrong... please realize that YOUR ways are not right... they are just one way of seeing/doing things
I assuming you would change the bath routine if one of the kids didn't want to do it any more. Or if they didn't want to be used as an object lesson for anatomy.
It's not really about sexualizing it's and respecting their individual comfort level and boundaries.
