There's been a shortage of Shingrix pretty much the whole time it's supposed to have been available. If there weren't hurdles to mass production, we would have had more masks, more tests, more Lysol wipes.


You can get surgical masks easily now. Soap and water works as well as wipes.


Have you tried washing your phone with soup and water??


Cleaning phones is not an obstacle to going to school. OMG.

Exactly. The "no in person until no virus" starting position means 2022-23 earliest.

This is ridiculous and of course masked and distanced in person school could happen earlier, but it won't.

The reliance on getting a vaccine for schools to reopen is, and always will be, a huge mistake. Vaccine available to all (which I am going to take word of PP who works in one of the pharma cos) does not mean schools will reopen. The public schools around here will stay closed arguing with teachers and parents about who *has* to get a vaccine to go back to school. Sad but true.

Where? JNJ just started its Phase 3 Trials in Sept. AstraZeneca and Eli Lily both began trials in August and were paused due to complications.

I work for one of these companies and the data in this table is incorrect.

I would start applying now for private schools. From the news, I don’t see the public school system reopening for anything substantial for years. I have no idea why parents would put any faith in a public school system anymore. They can’t even figure out how to open in a hybrid option when schools around the country are currently open and doing well.
