Wait- please unpack this for me. You are saying that when a homeless person gets a shopping cart it = knowledge of available resources? I’m confused.
Is there a test you need to take to get a shopping cart? Or are you saying that if you are savvy enough to get a cart that you are savvy enough to located good banks & rape free shelters.
I think it means if a person looks so obviously homeless (by having a cart with them) then homeless resource volunteers would have reached out to her multiple times in person providing resources.

Korea's protocols aren't bad at all. Nice hotels, multiple daily deliveries of fresh food, cable, work stipend.

Korea's protocols would likely be intolerable in the US--mandatory confinement in a "Covid hotel" and mandatory cell phone app for tracking. We could do mandatory quarantines too (plenty of empty hotels and dorms available) but can you imagine the howling?

Korea had 400 deaths in a population of 52 million! That’s the population equivalent of Texas and Florida together - when those two U.S. states have over 22,000 deaths between them.
Not only does Korea have less deaths and positives but it’s size is physically smaller than Florida with a population 2x as large.
Their leader however has a freaking PhD and he takes the science seriously.
Don’t bring up idiot rebuttals if you can’t be bothered to do a minimum of research.
