Yes, infant days were definitely harder, but you’ll be here soon enough. My youngest is 5 and I barely remember that phase. I think your partner should pick up breakfast/making lunches so you can enjoy your workout time without rushing back!

Makeup to go running? I have to admit, I don’t even brush my teeth til after I get back. Put a hat on over my bed head. That’s one of the perks—it really doesn’t matter how bad you look or smell because half the year it’s dark and even when it’s not, nobody cares at 6 am!
