How did the person that took the picture recognize her?

She's been "curvy" for a long time- the pics where she looks super skinny are all from like 2013. However, this latest weight gain is definitely significant and beyond anything else

She was photographed with two small dogs, which match up to O’Day’s dogs. The woman in the photos also has the same tattoos as the singer.

People aren't judging the weight gain, they're talking about the manipulation of photographs.
