Wow...talk about apples to oranges.

No kidding. Tesla is light years ahead of a heavy, klunky Range Rover!!

Maybe range anxiety was valid when the old Teslas got 200 miles per change, maybe -- but 300+ miles is DC to Philly AND BACK... it's Detroit to Chicago ... it's more than enough to get from Boston to NYC ...

I have a long range Model 3...I love it, and I'd buy it again in a second.
It's important to remember that those 300+ numbers are when you're driving in perfect conditions....highway, mid-range temperatures, capping at 65 mph or so.
If you're driving at 75 mph on a really cold/hot day, that 300+ number is going to go way down, probably by 20-30% at least.

Again, no big deal...if I can get four hours of highway driving, that's all I really need. Any more and I'm stopping for a meal or a break anyway, and can recharge then.
But if you do a lot of long distance driving, and you're main goal is to get there as quickly as possible and don't mind driving for really long stretches, this clearly isn't the car for you. Nor is any EV yet.
