Omg all the nannies gossip but the au pairs are the worst. They talk about how the dads are creepy and always checking them out and the moms are cold fish... I miss listening to it on the playgrounds.

Selling a house isn’t particularly private. Like others, I think it looks like their nanny is just worried about job security, like many of us in these difficult times. If this is a significant enough problem in your life to complain about OP, consider yourself lucky

Well, either there is an NDA (or at least a contract with a confidentiality clause), or there’s not. I’ve signed NDAs and never breathed a word. I’ve had confidentiality clauses, and nothing was said that was covered. And I’ve had families who don’t think it’s important, so I can say whatever I want.

Is this a joke? Your nanny can tell the other nanny to STFO. You don’t need to get in the middle of it. Again, employees gossiping together is a harmless pastime. If a particular employee doesn’t want to, they can say so.
