I would have chosen boy, girl, boy.

I got boy, girl, girl and thank god!!! I can’t imagine my family any other way. My youngest daughter is an absolute gift from heaven and my son is the gentlest, sweetest big brother to two girls.

We always said we wanted a boy. When we were pregnant we decided not to find out the sex. The entire time I just felt it was a girl, and I was kind of disappointed because we always talked about having a boy. When the baby was born the doctor announced that it was a girl, I was completely not surprised and still a little disappointed. Two years later, I cannot imagine having a boy. I love having a girl, and being a girl mom and I am so so so glad she is not a boy. So funny how things change.

Before ever having kids, I wanted a girl. But I loved my boy so much I wanted another boy so he could have a brother, and I got a girl. I had a third and got another girl. We’re going to have another boy. I love ALL my kids in whatever order they came!

We adopted and I really wanted a girl. We were chosen for a boy and I love being a boy mom.

Umm, she only wants girls. Her body, her family, her choice. Some women only want non-different families: no Down Syndome, no Little Person, no triplets, no no no to many possible kinds of children.. Again, woman' choice. No monster about it. I totally support her. Everyone draws their line in the sand at a different place as to what kind of child/family they are willing to birth and raise. Especially if you are only planning one child, you want what you want. We have the right to control that.

I have girls, and I would have chosen girls (if possible).

In theory, I would pick son and daughter, but I have primarily only seen myself with a daughter(s). I think I only envisioned myself one with a son. But if I picked I think it would go son , then daughter, and I think that is for no other reason than I have an older brother, and it worked out nicely in my family of origin.

I have a girl then a boy. I wanted #2 to be a girl soooo badly. I wanted my daughter to have a same sex sibling. We’re TTC #3 and hope it’s a girl. We’re thrilled either way, we just think life is better for girls and they’re a bit easier to raise.
