Does your mask do that? Mine certainly doesn't and I've never seen my kid's do that. I was out at a park in Arlington this weekend and there were cyclists and runners of all ages having zero issues as well. I'm not saying it is a top 10 experience but it definitely is not unsafe.
Yeah, this oft-quoted objection is nonsense. Are these people teaching their kids to wear the mask over their eyes? You can buy multiple products to help it not slip and hold it in place anyway.
The "hard time breathing" just won't die, will it? You'll be glad to know there are now multiple studies which show clearly that masks are NOT unsafe for breathing. If science doesn't do it for you, buy a pulse oximeter off Amazon (they're starting to be available again) or an online medical supply company, slap it on your kid's finger, put their mask on and have them run around the yard. They're just fine.
