Yeah no. I’m outside too, so that I can pull them in the moment they start to argue and/or voices rise. I just realize that they need physical activity ASAP.

If they’re using inside windows, I won’t hear them. If they’re yelling, it’s not appropriate.

Nope. Barking dogs at 2 are inconsiderate. Fireworks at 11.30 are inconsiderate. Loud parties until 1 are inconsiderate.

Kids are playing in their own yard, with inside voices. Unless the house next door leaves their windows open, kids aren’t loud enough to be heard by anyone but me.

Our local noise ordinance says 9 am on weekends, 7 am on weekdays. I doubt kid noises violate the decibel limits, but I'd probably try to honor that as a courtesy, and wait until 8 am on weekdays.

Not with the usual noises that kids make when they play. Of course their voices are going to carry. Make it 9:00AM. Don't be inconsiderate.

8:00 is fine - people start their workday around 8:00 or 9:00, so it's a reasonable time to be outside. Our community lawn crew starts at 7:00am...ugh.
