How is that not a violation of Title IX? If they change only the women’s date they are treating women and men differently. It should not be allowed on that ground alone, although there are many more reasons to deny the IWLCA petition.
How or why is this a title IX violation? Access to scholarships would be the same no matter how the recruitment process takes place. T9 does not address how one sport finds athletes. Lacrosse is already different from other sports. Not all schools offer men’s and women’s programs. Many do not have athletic scholarships at all
