I wonder how many provisionally licensed special education teachers are running classrooms now in FCPS?

It seems like their cases should be heard first as the details would have bearing on how culpable Scott Bloom is. But my google skills are failing to find any updates to those cases.
Maybe someone with better legal search skills can chime in.

The ironic thing is principals were the biggest perpetrators of bullying. Maybe it’s changed since I have moved on , but I don’t really see him staying on regardless.

Not really. His motion to dismiss was denied.
Pretty soon his attorney will be able to file a motion to dismiss based on the right to a speedy trial. They keep putting it off due to covid and that excuse won’t work for much longer.
The crime he is charged with is a misdemeanor and at worst a fine of $500. He needs to clear it from his record so he can be employable.
He should never be employable in a school setting. I don't understand how another district will ever hire him. At least I hope they don't. Luckily for Haycock there is a new principal there.

Anonymous wrote:It would be terrible to inherit him as a principal in this district. His name is tarred.
