Oh, c'mon! If that was true, ladies would go to plastic surgeons to get "strikingly beautiful Jennifer Grey's nose".
Even women who supposedly proudly wear their big noses, still had some intervention to make it smaller, straighter, narrower (like Amal Clooney).

She would likely not have had a career either way unless she pursued character actor roles like Cathy Bates. A nose like that is a cute feature on a blossoming woman; but it tilts to Jewish grandmother at like at 24.

She has had her jaw done - like the Paulin daughter - its subtle but it pulls your chin forward and allows your cheekbones and jawline better definition.
