OP here. I think Md should definitely be added to the list of exempt states!
Looks like md has a higher rate of infection than Virginia at 6.8 people per 100,000. Virginia is 6.3 per 100,000.... very close but Idk. I wouldn’t bank on it for traveling purposes. Here’s where i found that info-came across it earlier today
