I’ll bite. I’m black and I don’t mind “master bedroom” or “black”. I care more about officers that kill citizens and are not held accountable for their actions. We are losing focus but appreciate the gesture.

“Real Estate” should also be eliminated. No you don’t own an Estate. And you don’t Really own it the bank does.

It is 100 percent illegal to say “walk” to anything. ADA and NAR make that clear. Everyone in a wheelchair will sue

No it isn’t. The Fair Housing advertising word list only indicates that one should use caution with “walking distance.”
Of interest, the words “master bedroom” are on the list of acceptable words.

That will thankfully be a thing of the past. Society needs to make some serious edits, and this is one of them

It's hard to tell if OP is trolling or being serious. If the latter, please focus on real issues and not this nonsense. Thanks!

My favorite is advertising in a different language. When I lived in Queens NY was common to put ad in A different language.

Astoria ad in Greek, Flushing ad in Mandarian.

I would live to hear the tortured thought process that came up with that.

At end of civil war newly freed slaves were now required to get minimum wage. The railroads hired a lot of black porters and baggage handlers and got permission to pay less than minimum wage to the largely black workers claiming tips by customers who were largely white made up for it.

The whole concept of not paying a fair wage and “making” up for it in tips and commissions paid by customers has racist roots.

Tips are not commissions. Unless you are referring to the commissions African slave traders earned from the sale of their countrymen
