From a biker perspective - I ride solo and I do not know other bikers.

Based on the posts here of people having encounters with him, it does not sound as if he rides with others.

The most helpful information would be people posting times they have encountered him on the trail. Once again - as a biker, I typically ride at the same time of day.

The assault on that youngster is appalling, grabbing the tape and the threatening demeanor, what a nightmare. Those teens must be traumatized. So glad there is film of it.

They were all teenagers. He injured the boy who was filming.

People have been trying to find him via strava, but no luck (yet).

This story was on the local news this morning! They showed the whole encounter. It was AWFUL. He grabbed fliers from a teen girl MUCH smaller than him. A woman or other teen was screaming "Dont you touch her! Get away from her!" From the chilling screams it sounded like her parent. It gave me chills.

I saw the whole thing and there is no other interpretation. He attacked teens for holding up BLM fliers. Chilling and I hope they catch him, arrest him and he gets fired.

Now I'm wondering if it was the same person who swore at me and my preschool daughter one day on the Capital Crescent Trail. He was on his bike, zipped past and swore at us, presumably because even though we were hugging the right side of the walkway, we were still taking too much space.

But to be fair perhaps there are multiple swearing bikers on any given WE on the trail?

Yes, from the Reddit posts you can see him ripping the tape out of the petite girl’s hands. The boy teen also posted an image of cuts to his calf from where biker douche hit him with the bike.

Right. I think this was near Spring Valley. There was a long NextDoor post about it. And another woman in Spring Valley reported on that thread that she'd had a similar run in with him. I'm guessing he lives in that area?

How on earth can PP defend such a weak excuse fr a human - who goes after children?
