So glad that man stepped in. He actually threatened to fight her. Disgusting!
+1000. That guy seems pretty unstable, in addition to being racist--he deserves any doxxing he gets.
He also flat out said his name was Michael. Shouldn't be hard to find.

What threat? Asking want to fight is not a threat that does or should get someone jailed. Referencing Hiroshima is absurd and offensive, but again not a threat to her.
Subjective. May not seem like a threat to you but to her could have been interpreted as such. Up to the authorities to make the determination as to whether it was/wasn't a threat not but your opinion is noted.
Yes, but there has to be an actual law that is broken. Someone feeling threatened does not mean a crime has occurred.
Md. Crim. Code 3-1001 has a provision that arguably would apply, but it seems to need more than five people to be threatened. There may be a similar provision where that wouldn't be needed.
But, even ignoring the five people requirement, I'm not sure that what occurred would violate it. And it would certainly be a very difficult criminal case to bring given the burden of proof. https://codes.findlaw.com/md/criminal-law/md-code-crim-law-sect-3-1001.html
c) A person may not knowingly threaten to commit or threaten to cause to be committed a crime of violence, as defined in § 14-101 of this article, that would place others at substantial risk of death or serious physical injury, as defined in § 3-201 of this title, if as a result of the threat, regardless of whether the threat is carried out, five or more people are:
(1) placed in reasonable fear that the crime will be committed;
(2) evacuated from a dwelling, storehouse, or public place;
(3) required to move to a designated area within a dwelling, storehouse, or public place; or
(4) required to remain in a designated safe area within a dwelling, storehouse, or public place.

At least 5 people thought he was going to try to fight her... especially the dude the stepped in to stop him.

No evidence of instability. Why give him an excuse? He is just a raging racist who thinks he can scream at people with impunity. That is called privilege, because he can.
PP. It's not an excuse. I don't mean he's mentally ill, just that he seems irrationally angry. As soon as he yelled "You're not my mother!" I thought, this guy is losing it, lady--back away slowly. I'm black, and I've encountered quiet racism, which in some ways is worse because it's not as apparent. This guy looks likely to fly off the handle and get violent.
