These kids need that. Especially these days. Don’t kid yourself. Sheltering your children from accountability and discipline does them no favors.

I watched him at a ASA ASIST tournament coaching the 03 girls years ago loose his mind in a loss and throw his clipboard and kick a kids water jug in an absolute child’s temper tantrum. He sent his 06 to ASA while being a McLean coach - which tells you something. I can tell you if you want your kid developed - do not play for this man. I say this as not an MYS parent but one in CCL through the years that has watched him on many many occasions.
Lol. Jealous.
Jealous of what? He was fired bud. Mclean can fire him again. They got rid of Yuri. Yuri was actually better.

Does he expect them to come to practice prepared (inflated ball, shirts tucked in, etc) and ready to play and be serious? Yes. Does he expect girls to give 100% while at practice? Yes. I guess we’re an outlier family, but we love the work ethic he instilled in our daughter - and more importantly, her love of soccer. He is passionate about the game and if you are too, it will be a great fit. If your daughter is playing just to hang with her friends, I don’t think it will be a good match.
