Could be. May let accessories shine and likely useful after the wedding. Might be good to know more about your style (classic, minimalist, boho, etc). I tend to like simple things but that may not be right for you.

I can't tell. It looks like the inside shell and the perhaps organza overlay are folded under at the bottom, and probably tacked inside so that there is no seam.
Or I should say no seam at the hem.
And for October upstate I would definitely ditch the little jacket and add a lightweight cashmere shawl.
In terms of a shawl, very thin like this. Colors are probably wrong (though there is some taupe in it) and way too expensive, but you can see how sheer the material is.
