We have a 1 year old Conor. I grew up seeing both spellings and consider it one of those names with multiple acceptable spellings. Our first choice was actually Theodore/Teddy but the L&D and NICU nurses gently talked us out of it because it’s so popular. Fast forward a year and there are THREE Conors of various ages in our local playgroup of 20ish families and zero Teddys. All spelled with one N.

But honestly, just use whatever spelling looks better to YOU and if neither look quite right then choose a new name. (We love Keira/Kiera/Ciara but none of the spellings feel exactly right so we didn’t it use it for our older girls.)

So is Michael, Daniel, Benjamin, etc. At least it is classic and not fadish. My dad’s name is Conor. A couple Connor’s in my high school and two is DD’s large elementary school - none in her k class
