Can you people even hear yourselves?

2. Nothing prohibits anyone from approaching someone else and asking that person questions.
3. Nothing in the encounter ever suggested a racial motive.
4. The driver admittedly became hostile and profane when challenged.
5. Nothing made the driver the guardian of his recipient’s supposed privacy.

You just made all of that up out of your butt.

Well, only if you attribute everything to racism.
WTF are you talking about... when he asked the driver his name the driver said what is your name and he said "DAVID DUKE" ... DAVID F'ING DUKE
HOW THE F IS THAT NOT RACIST?

You don’t have to attribute everything to racism to see the problem here. Its clearly a race/class issue.
Hopefully you realize that videos like these are used by the media to create division. For example, nobody cares about the video of a white cop shooting a white guy.

We’d know if he would have said so. Instead he wanted to be a "victim"
Please. How is he a victim? Victim shaming much? Too many people think they are above the law because of the color of their skin. The HOA guy had no business blocking him in. With everything going on in this crazy world, I would’ve gone live too or called the cops immediately myself. This is NOT okay.
