Also- per the NYT he was " was wearing a white T-shirt, khaki shorts, Nike sneakers and a bandanna when he was killed, had been out exercising."

Did you watch the video? He is not wearing BOOTS. Higher top sneakers maybe? But they are white shoes.

So the state allows someone to decide for themselves who is and is not a criminal, decide to try to "arrest" that person, then shoot and kill that person when they try to defend themselves? Then the state basically allows lynching.

Imagine for a moment 3 armed black men pursue a white man jogging in his neighborhood, attempt to restrain him, then shoot him dead when he resists. Would those black men be in jail for murder? Would we be asking about what the white man was wearing? Where he was going? Or what crimes he'd committed in life as justification for his murder?


+1-the idea that they’d be walking free and we’d be second guessing a white victim’s footwear is absurd.
