White cabinets have been around since cabinets were created, so I’m pretty sure we are safe from them going out of style. They are classic. Stained cabinets are also pretty classic and beautiful, so you are safe there as well. It is overall looks of kitchens that will go in and out of style. Things like light fixtures, sink choices, hardware, countertops will date a kitchen. In the 70s, green and yellow appliances were in.
The cabinets you show are beautiful. Go with what you like. You are the one who has to live with it.

Everyone saying white will be dated is wrong. The cabinets will not date the kitchen. Everything surrounding the cabinets (quartz counters, backsplashes, handle styles, appliances, etc) will date the kitchen. To extend the life of having an updated kitchen, choose natural materials (stone) and non-trendy finishes (e.g. do not use black fixtures). But ultimately, pick what you like! You're the one who has to live with it.
