Everything in moderation. If you choose the non-dairy flavors and have a small amount topped with fruit and walnuts or almonds it's a pretty good option.

It can be. You have to eat the no sugar YOGURT only. You can top it with nuts and berries for a high protein, high fiber snack. Again, this means you can't eat 9/10 options, but only the unsweetened tart one.

If you are trying to replace constant eating of junk with replacement junk you are always going to have weight problems.

Learn to eat real food. Like fruit and Greek yogurt. You’ll actually get some nutrition out of that.
