I think it's real easy to line things to try and get back to normal in time for school in the fall, assuming COVID doesn't get worse.

What does that mean for youth soccer? Potentially some activities in the summer - but I don't see how we'll get to games before that.

I read this letter and the misleading soccerwire article. All this guy is saying is that the national mandate on club soccer members not playing will end may 18. It goes on to say decisions and guidelines will be made by local and federal governments. This letter was silly.

That’s not happening here. Maybe Florida and Georgia will start back in a day or two.

Sadly. Got 2.3 million people in Loudoun, Prince William, Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax counties. Total of 180 people have died from coronavirus in those areas, according to the Virginia state site. The dangers are super low for people under 45. There's a way to figure this out but fear is a great paralyzer.

Great job at flattening the curve everyone.

Its not fear. Its doing what is right.

It's both but please shut up.

It is also fear that capitalism will crumble and cause total social anarchy if we stay closed for a couple of months.

That too. If we stay closed for four to six months that is exactly what we will be looking at. The right doesn’t like science, the left cannot do math. Nobody can pay to 60 percent or even thirty percent of the US labor force to stay home for six months. We will be in debt for decades, people will remain out of work, and we would be no closer to beating the virus.

Sadly you haven’t correlated our low numbers to our social distancing measures.

You should talk to ER doctors. There are people in thier 20s and 30s in the ICU units on ventilators. The only group that is low risk are those under 18.
