I like Sam Yo. He is very precise in his instructions and I’ve made slight shifts in my positioning per his instructions and felt better immediately.

Jess Simms does, it is one of the reason she is doing the Cardio for Family series. She has kids and used to be a teacher. The class I took with my 7 year old wasn't all that difficult but was fun. A good amount of cardio and hopping and he learned that there are two calf muscles in each leg and the plural for calf is calves, complete with the spelling.

CDE has a grown daughter in her 20's. Then again, CDE is 48. And still racing in the Masters series and on the regular circuit. She just told a story in a new ride where she was riding a tandem race for the first time and her teammate was a teenager.

Christian, CvV, the Pro Rider has a teenage daughter. She uses the bike and his account. So if you see his name on the leaderboard and it is not at the top, assume that it is a 14 year old girl. She filmed him doing a part of his FTP test recently. Matt had it on Instagram.

Yes, I am bored during this ridiculousness and have been seeing more posts about the instructors on Facebook and Instagram.

Christine and Jenn do. The others are in their 20s (except Denis who has said he doesn’t want kids)

I don't know.. Denis is probably my favorite instructor (he's also easy on the eyes which helps!) and I love powerzone so I do mostly Denis and Matt classes. But when I'm not doing powerzone, I really like Robin and Ally, and depending on the music, Cody and Jess. Different types of rides for different moods, basically. The only one I really can't stand is Hannah Marie Corbin - I find her unbearable, which is a shame because I do like her music.

Guess it means they are doing a good job. Other than Wilpers, I don't like any of these.

I'm another Denis fan who is turned off by the social media stuff of him. Liking Ally, Tunde, Emma, Ben (and Cody and Matt on occasion).

OMG SHE IS AWFUL!!!

There also tons of naked pictures of her online and she doesn’t seem to have had any career to speak of despite being in her mid 30s. I know this is sort of ridiculous but it makes me like him so much less. She once posted a picture of her feeding an NYC squirrel out of her hand. What a weirdo.

DP, but I am liking him less because of how annoying her IG posts are. He also made a comment on a ride about having a good morning and calling in late to work, and all I could think was that it related to her, and it grossed me out. Come on, Denis. Skip the sex talk, already.

Anyway. I love Power Zone AND instructors like Robin and Tunde. My favorite non-PZ rides are Tabata, though I also just discovered and like HIIT and Hills. I also like the Jess King Sweat Steady rides for their structure. In general, I prefer rides that have a clear structure (hence, PZ and Tabata) rather than more random stuff. My favorite instructors are CDE, Robin, Tunde, and Ben. Sometimes Matt Wilpers, though I get annoyed when he talks about how certain PZ rides shouldn't be that hard, which is nice for him to say as a major endurance athlete. They're hard for this sprinter! I used to love Denis, but see above. Meh.
