Government doesn't have child care regardless of the situation. Schools are child care for some and they are shut down.

Or, when you need medical care, are you ok with the doctor not being there as they have to be home caring for their kids as they had no child care? Are you ok with your electricity being shut off as the workers cannot work due to child care? Are you ok with stores not being stocked because workers have to stay home with their kids? Are you ok with people not getting food stamps, rental assistance, etc. as workers cannot work as they have to take care of their kids?
