I guess you don't care about medical professionals who are risking their lives to care for people who figured, hey if I stay "6 feet" away from all of the other people (who also have no common sense) at a crowded tourist attraction, i'm good! Under normal conditions, the streets can get packed, but I think this year you can find times to wander through. You can park on aisle street and walk around.
It's a very rich neighborhood, and remember it is a neighborhood! So just be respectful of the people who live there. I would not be surprised if there were more police there than usual.
