It is more widely known on a national level than UGA (and btw- I am not knocking UGA, as it is a great school) and the UF Board & President are doing everything they can to increase their national status.

I posted other thread - my kid is in at UGA and rejected UF (4.8, 33) so was sort of annoying. But few friends were rejected UGA and in UF. UF seems a little more popular among Jewish kids- we are but don't care about that overly. UF business courses are mostly online and my son is business. Athens is so cool and UGA campus beautiful. Business building is so nice and has in person classes. They seem interchangeable. Does your son care about Greek life? Prefer hot weather?
