Nah I have a sensitive nose. It would be a turnoff for me if the person I was with had a bad odor and awful breath. I’ve actually dated ones who had bad breath and while they were nice people, I couldn’t do it after a few weeks.
It doesn’t mean the person is a jerk for not liking their bad breath.
Anonymous wrote:Are you overweight? Not a judgement at all, I am. But some people who are overweight and have more flab and "rolls" can grow yeast, bacteria, and other things on their skin if they don't get cleaned properly and because they hold more moisture. Which could be the case since you say you sweat a lot

Also visit a derm - make sure you don’t have a skin infection.
Also - how well do you shower? I’m dating a guy who sometimes smells not so great and I know from showering with him that he thinks he is showering well, but he is not. He doesn’t use enough soap in certain places like his face and sometimes his face smells as a result. I don’t think he washes his neck and ears etc well. A few times we have showered together and I’ve lathered him up and guess what - he smelled good! So think about your shower techniques.

Buy an exfoliating washcloth and scrub your skin all over. If this problem has been going on since childhood I wonder if you never got the hang of getting all the way clean? Just letting water flow over you is not enough for most people. In my experience, brushing teeth, tongue and gums helps, same for flossing. Mouthwash makes things worse because it dries out your mouth. Your breath smells better fir the first 15 minutes, then much worse over the next few hours. Throw away your mouthwash. Drink more water throughout the day.
It’s also not normal to be constipated all the time. I bet the smell is a combination of bad diet/nutrition and subpar hygiene practices.
