What a waste of macadamia nuts.

Funny (pp here) I actually find that as nuts, macadamia nuts are lacking. I find them kind of boring. But as milk, they work out fine.

NP. I like macadamia nut milk a lot. I discovered it while on vacation in Hawaii. It is our go-to for packaged milk alternative.

That said, I also made my own almond milk once. It was amazing, but it only lasts a few days.

Plant based diets are great when you’re talking about eating whole foods not highly processed “health” alternatives.

Agree with this. None of the processed synthetic milks are that "healthy". I'm drinking the Califia almond milk because it is supplemented with calcium
because I am casein intolerant. If I wasn't I would be drinking real milk.

I'd just read the labels and buy the one that is supplemented the most and has the least chemicals added. That is what I do.

Cow's milk is unhealthy and processed. None of us need milk after the age of 2.
