Meanwhile the little kiddies tear up everything in sight. What a great business model - lose money to property destruction and staff pay but at least the parents get to get happily drunk.
If there was more quality stuff to play with I would happily pay a cover. or else its just like a McDonalds that has a ball pit and slide, and thats free.

2 issues. We went upstairs hoping there would be more play stuff because the downstairs was so sparse. it seems like more of a co-working space than kid place.
also $20 for 2 hours? come on. I went to the Baltimore Children's museum last weekend all day for $17/kid and stayed from 10am - 4pm. so fun. you can leave and come back whenever you want. and they check your bracelet number and your kids to make sure you aren't kidnapping anyone!

It didn't feel safe for toddlers under 2. the plugs in the infant area where not covered and my kid loves to try to stick her hands in them. i wish it was more like Scramble in VA where there were more sectioned off play areas. not worth the money.

Also, fwiw, my kids - 3 and 5 - ask to go back almost every day.

We have been twice. We went opening weekend and I have to say, it was quite chaotic - it was just way too crowded. I did get an email from them after suggesting they learned a lot about their true capacity, so I think it was just part of the learning curve for them.
The second time we went, on a Friday night, it was really fun -- it's true they don't have a ton of toys, etc, and I thought my kids would get bored, but they really didn't. I am not sure more is really better (unless it is ridiculously crowded, in which case more would be helpful to spread the kids out). We’re members and have been several times. They’ve added safety features near the slide and there are more activities and art supplies upstairs.
