If this is their attitude, they will not be paying any vet bills in the future- this does not bode well. I'd offer to take the dog back and give them the $100 to get rid of them and again look into rehoming, this time providing the records and some form of contract.


I get that your son has allergies, but I am feeling for your dog with these weirdos.

Not sure I believe this. I don't think theyre lying necessarily, I think they have been given bad info.

All of these people suggesting that OP take the dog back seem to be ignoring the fact that OP's kid is allergic to the dog!
