I hate these people will all of my being. Nothing gets my blood boiling more. Why do you think it's ok to cut in line?? Would you do it at the grocery store?
It’s not like the grocery store. There’s no “line.” If there are two lanes and one is backed up for miles, I’m going to cruise up closer to the exit and take a gap. I’m breaking no laws and endangering no one. It’s easy to find a gap these days since many of you are looking at your phones anyway. Now THAT’S the real danger.

It’s called a zipper merge and it’s how you’re supposed to do it.
+1
It’s more efficient.
yes when traffic is backed up. like this...

zipper is fine and works
but I think the OP is talking about people who l ride down the thru lane. while other cars have properly merged.. and then force their way in so they can pick up half a dozen extra car lengths
when traffic is flowing. the merger should get up to speed with traffic and blend in. but people around have this aversion to pushing the go pedal to get up to speed to safely merge.
You mean, they are driving in the shoulder? Not sure what you mean by "ride down the thru lane"...

Driving slowly in the passing lane-- slow, simmering rage at people who drive side by side with a car in the driving lane, both going 45 in a 50 and no one can pass.
Driving in a middle or left turn lane. Used to live in a city where I would be turning left or into a parking lot, and boom, there is someone in my blindspot, who started the process 1/4 back.
Cyclist should not be allowed to ride bikes if they think it's okay to turn right on the shoulder, next to a car that is also turning right (exception is a designated bike lane, otherwise they follow the same rules that cars follow).

Agree with this one! I see this so often that I’m quite convinced that there are millions of drivers out there routinely turning “right on red” who were never taught that you are required to stop first!

THIS. I would be a relatively benevolent dictator, but these people would get the guillotine.
Also, people who don’t get out of the way of fire trucks and ambulances.
