Exercise moderately based on your current level of fitness and energy each day. Walking is a super great activity and helps with fetal positioning. Prenatal yoga is also great. You want a strong body the weight can be addressed later. Limiting your caloric intake dramatically isn’t good for baby. Eat nutrient dense foods and moderate simple carbs to keep blood sugar down.
