You can rent it on Amazon ($3.99), just make sure you pick the Parasite 2019 movie. It's very good.

I thought it was a comedy but a very dark comedy. Black humor.

I didn’t feel touched or inspired or anything by this film. I this past year had very fee good movies that’s why it won Oscar.

I really love Korean films ... however this particular one was ok. Although it is true... the class distinctions and class social issues are realistic. I can see this happening in all Asian countries including India and Pakistan as well. The only thing is I’m not sure it’s good enough to win an Oscar. It’s not at the level of Dances with Wolves or English Patient. Besides I would recommend “ A tale of two sisters” it’s a suspense horror film, brilliantly done in every way.

i think people who harp on the class issues are missing the point of the movie, imo, which is that class is a difference without a distinction in certain ways. the most sympathetic character is the young boy, and yet he is one of the most reprehensible characters in the film. the film makes the audience wonder why the rich family feel so parasitic when all the imagery and symbolism speaks poor family as the eponymous parasite. the movie imo is brilliant and its cinematography is fabulous.
