You can build your cart for both kids simultaneously (assuming that you're paying for both).

I have a registering two kids at once question. My niece is the same age as my daughter and we had hoped to have her stay with us for a week from out of state and send the girls to camp together. We are of course worried what if we can get one girl registered and not the other.

I appreciated that they were responsive and helped me through the process of resuming my registration by recreating my shopping cart. I was able to get both my kids what they were hoping for. It still sucks that it happens, but their customer service was on point, especially given the volume of people yelling at them at once.

The issue is that this has happened before.

While it’s great that their customer service is on point after the fact . it’s frustrating they can not get this right knowing they have this issue.

Repeating the same thing over and over again with the same outcome, well does not enlist trust.

January 22 for new families, not 31.

It was only today updated from 31 to 22.

I agree. And programs would have filled up before new family registration even without the crash. That happens every year.
