yes, pre-comps would be easier because they don't go too deep into topics since there are so many

as a former 6th grader, i honestly think pre-comps (especially for math) are easier than regular tests.

This is unnecessarily mean -- the OP is from 2020, which,we learn thru this thread, is before the WhatsApps.

If your student has been doing well in the class and understands all the work they have been assigned, your main role as a parent is to make sure they get enough sleep the night before and a hearty breakfast.

Pre comps are their own kind of learning experience.

I agree that it's a bit much, but it's better than the alternative: letting (some) teachers just pass kids who aren't learning, as happens all too frequently at some schools.

If your kid is stressed (but is keeping up with the work), then your job is just to downplay them.
