she did not say steal his money she said move it to an account so it can be split so he does not spend her money.

I work in the court system. Many, Many men empty the back accounts and or cancel credit cards than women do. Sorry but statistically you are incorrect.
Another issue seems to be women don't know where their joint monies are??? Or things are only in his name and they both work???

If it was earned during marriage, it is not stealing as it is joint money. My husband knows I'd strip all the accounts to protect myself.

Close all joint accounts with credit cards. Take 2/3 the money out of any joint accounts but don't spend it all as he'l get 50%, but take it to protect yourself and put it in an account with your name only. Go to the office for child support at the end of the week and file for child support. Then, get a good attorney if he will not negotiate.
