Join the Y. The kids can go to the playroom for a little while and you can both workout and shower.

As someone who has both SAH and WOH, I will say this:
If your kids are in daycare all week, there is a shift on the weekends that happens with schedules. When I SAH, my weekends didn't look much different than the weekdays in terms of routine. Things are a bit more off now that at WOH and only am with the kids full time on the weekends.

Lots of outings. As your kids get older, you will miss having the free time to do this because your weekends could be full of soccer games and birthday parties. Go to a pumpkin patch, pick apples in an orchard, visit the farmer's market, tour the zoo or aquarium, host a BBQ with a few good friends.
