What is the difference between listening to people talk over an electronic device or listening to the people next to you talk face to face? I never understood this. Same with phone calls. Two people can have a face-to-face conversation that everyone hears and that is acceptable but have that same conversation over the phone and it's rude? Don't get it. I say live your life and do what you have to do Zoom meeting or not.

Absolutely rude plus I know my company would look very poorly on me broadcasting company business to an entire plane load of people. Don't you get the training about not talking about your business in any public place.

Anonymous wrote:Totally rude, annoying and NOT cool. I would for sure complain about you to the flight attendant. Just like I complain about people watching phones/iPads without headphones. Common courtesy is dead. Everything must now be a “rule” or people don’t GAF.

I probably won't do a ton of talking because there are a lot of different participants in the meeting, so it's not like I'll be shouting at my computer the whole time, but it seems annoying for the person next to me. On the other hand, I'd like to be able to attend the meeting...
