Both teams are based in Leesburg. By definition, exact same player pool for drawing in talent. That doesn't change until if/when FCV re-locates due to the St. James acquisition.

If they’re playing 2008s up in 2007 it’s because they’re good. Don’t act like it’s some sort of handicap on the team. Everybody has been talking about the cracks in fcv from dilution and Bobby. It’s real.

If you don’t want the heat - Stop the BS and lies. Stop claiming you are better than teams you lose to. Stop posting you were 3rd place over Arlington in a tournament when you never played and you were in the losers bracket. Stop posting you won Jeff cup when you played in the 3rd bracket.
That’s why nobody has any respect for FCV 07 DA.

I see the FCV runner up teams got medals. What happened to the FCV 07 medals?

“Even VDA beat...”? Considering VDA tied McLean during season play and holding their own in the ECNL....I wouldn’t be surprised about any VDA wins. Loudoun, McLean, FCV girls have been together for years and have the benefit of familiarity which has carried them to this point.

How is that declaring themselves 3rd place? Out of the 8 teams in the top bracket, they finished with 6 points, while the other 5 teams had 4 or less points.
This is how final standings are done in showcase tournaments, where there are no semis or finals at all.
And really. who cares?
