Yep, they're usually old. The other 20% of the time they're lost. The people that are lost normally pull over and let the traffic behind them pass before continuing on at 15MPH. The old people just continue on like it's normal to drive 15 in a 40.

It’s deer season. They are jumping around everywhere. My husband hit one this week. Be careful & watch for them. Apparently in Virginia, drivers have a 1 in 74 chance of a collision with an animal; in Washington, D.C., the risk is 1 in 826.

It's called a speed LIMIT- not a speed MINIMUM. And if I feel like driving slower than the limit, and you're behind me, the guess what? You will be driving slower, too.
