There are articles on this all the time, and it seems like it’s evenly split. In general older people don’t wear undies with pajamas and were told it is healthier not to (Dear Abby once ran a column saying it was weird for a married woman to wear underwear with a nightgown). It seems really gross to me to start the day in dirty underwear, but maybe you change them twice every 24 hrs.
