I like you, OP. I hate little man, littles, and kiddos. Also mama and papa. Yes I'm judgemental and should not care so much, but I find the terms really grating.

I see baby girls with that look sometimes too but I tend to describe them as “old souls” or something other than “little woman/little lady” but I’m not sure why. Little men are just funnier to me in general.
