Perhaps because the sources fear retaliation. "Whistleblower protection for me but, not for thee" perhaps? While u are at it, why don't you put your name on your post.
The police do such a great job so consistently that (shock) any grumblings from the force have merit. Plus, why would Kevin Lewis make up a story when there are many other community/individual issues he could shine a spotlight on? I understand you think Sinclair is the new Illuminati and all but, come on.
